One of my stories was featured on the Chicken Soup for the Soul podcast this week! Yay! It was a such a suprise to receive this news. All cliches aside, it really did feel like Christmas in July. This particular story was recently featured in one of their humor books, Read, Laugh, Repeat and it’s in the chapter called Holiday Hiccups. I wrote this story when my kids were still littles. Cue the tears! They’re all grown-up now, which makes it easier to embrace both the humor and imperfections as a mom.
